We will collect personal contact details (including work address, telephone number and email address) for yourself and the person that you are nominating for an NHS National Communications Award, as well as your manager or Chief Executive for your organisation/region.

How will we use the information about you?

We will use the information we collect about you to contact you to:

Gather further information to progress your nomination
Notify you whether your nomination has been successful
Invite successful nominators/nominees to the awards ceremony

The NHS National Communications Awards organisers request, as part of the competition rules, that the winners’ names and their winning citations will be published, but assure that no personal contact information will be publicised. The NHS would seek permission before any name or entry is published.

Third Parties

Please note that any nomination or entry information that you supply will only be used for the sole purposes of the NHS National Communications Awards programme. The data will not be shared with any other third parties nor shared within the NHS.
